Commercial Project Manager

Heck Construction Company, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Commercial Project Manager to manage commercial projects of various sizes. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of construction experience; project management experience preferred. We utilize a Bid-Buy-Run process where the Project Manager is responsible for every step of the process, from estimation to completion of the project. Compensation (and benefits) are VERY competitive and will be commensurate with experience. Candidates must possess great communication skills, positive attitude, good work ethic, and leadership skills. This role requires relationship building with our clients and understanding their needs, to provide an exceptional experience and desired results. Must be able to create/maintain construction schedules, manage a team, and manage subcontractors. Benefit package includes health insurance, vision/dental, retirement plan, paid vacation, and holidays.
